Do you install Freesat as well as Sky subscription packages ?

Freesat is now a very Popular System, but it must NOT be confused with Freeview ! The two systems are vastly different, Freesat is much more informative and offers many more programs.

Freesat gives you over 100 English TV channels and on top of that DVB Radio. All licence free.

Freesat is also now available in HD. Please ask for information and prices.

What size of satellite dish will be required ?

To receive British Channels there are several different dish sizes available.

We start with Menorca with a 1.25 mtr dish, this is more than adequate, but can loose some signal in the evening.

Mallorca uses a slightly larger dish at 1.45mtr. This also is very capable.

The most popular dish for the balearics is the 1.66 mtr a very capable dish almost always problem free.

Then we go to dishes 1.8 mtr and above for bars, business and people who wish for absolute minimal distortion even in extreme bad weather,

How long does installation take ?

Your installation will be completed as safely and efficiently as possible by one of our trained staff, the time taken will depend on the complexity of the system you require to be installed.

With your blessing we prefer to survey your property prior to commencing your installation, this will enable us to give you a good idea of the time required to complete the installation, also allowing us to complete a guaranteed price for installation and a confirmed time and date.

What happens if I get problems with my viewing ?
